Financial Policy

As with any patient going to a new doctor there are usually questions about office policies, insurance, and of course, fees. Below is a short description about any financial arrangements that you may have questions about.

We work very hard to keep the cost of dental care down. Quality care should be available for everyone. Before any work is performed, we like to sit down with our patients and go over our estimate of charges-every detail. This is accomplished once we have determined what your needs are. In some cases there may be several treatment options. You will be given the pros and cons of each choice from a dental standpoint. It is up to you to see what fits you best financially. I do not base my treatments on finances and as such feel that I provide you with the best care possible when that is taken out of the equation. I want you to feel comfortable with your decision. Bear in mind that I will do my best for you no matter what treatment option you choose.

Our office manager will go over the particular methods of payment once you have settled on a particular treatment plan. She will tailor a means of paying for the treatment based on your particular needs.

We usually ask that you pay for services on the day they are performed (we do accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit for those who qualify). This is especially true of smaller procedures and those in which insurance picks up a part of the procedure cost.

Please let us know if you have any questions. We want to begin this relationship with the very best of intentions.
